To apply a cool roof coating, follow these steps:
- Clear roof surface of debris
- Clean with pressure washer
- Patch and repair cracks, blisters and other problem areas.
- Roll, brush or spray the cool roof coating to a dry roof surface on a clear, warm, sunny day
